How do I use the Interactive Text service?

For our legacy users (prior to March 2024) to use the interactive text system you will have your callers send a text message that is the combination of your Agent ID (found at the top of the main menu after logging in) and the property ID of the subject property.  They can send the text to either your dedicated toll free number or 657-444-6637.  For example, if your agent ID is 103 and the property ID is 101 then you will tell the prospect to text 103101 to 657-444-6637.  We will automatically send back whatever is in the Text message field for that specific property.  We recommend simply clicking the add link to virtual brochure button and adding nothing else to the field. Starting in January of 2024, your customers can send just the 3-digit property ID to your dedicated toll free number as show in this sample sign rider.
